Tour of the TRAVBYEN

The Apprentice and Student Network has been invited to a new district, TRAVBYEN, in Billund.

The Apprentice and Student Network is invited to take a close look at the construction of TRAVBYEN – the new district in Billund, where play, learning and creativity are at the center.

Here we get an exclusive opportunity to get behind the construction fence and experience how a modern district is being created.

We start by having some snacks while we hear about KIRKBI's ideas behind creating a completely new district in Billund. Then we get a tour of the construction site and are allowed to enter some of the houses.

The new district will be a mixed district with approximately 550 homes, space for creative industries, exercise, a daycare center, a community center, and shared facilities where residents can meet and cultivate community.

Come up close to the construction site and experience a different way of creating a district – and who knows, maybe TRAVBYEN will become your new home?

Read about the Travbyen here.

The event is free for members of the Apprentice and Student Network.

If you would like more information about the network, you can read here or contact Marianne K. Thomsen on +45 22 69 24 98 or mkt@billunderhverv.dk.
