Many aha-experiences, concrete advice and networks with other industries. These are just some of the benefits that you as a company can experience when you participate in this ESG & Strategy course.
As a business owner, you probably know the problem of often working i your business instead of w/ your business.
In the ESG & Strategy course, which runs over three afternoons, you will receive help to work strategically. w/ your company. The course is particularly relevant for those of you who are ready to start working with ESG, and those who have taken the first steps in ESG.
The course is especially relevant for companies with +6 employees who are subcontractors/partners to companies with a sustainable profile.
ESG & Strategy – Because it's good business!
ESG & Strategy is a course, over three half days, where you will be equipped to tackle upcoming wishes, demands and needs from both your customers and business contacts - and at the same time you will learn why ESG is important and how it is really good business to implement ESG in your strategy.
If you are – or want to become – a supplier to large companies, you will undoubtedly be asked for information, if you want to borrow money from the bank it can also pay off to have control over your sustainability, and if you want to advertise your green profile, it is necessary that you ensure that it is actually green.
The course consists of three workshops of 2,5 hours each.
The course content has been developed and facilitated in collaboration with Improve Business, where participants are engaged in a practical learning environment where experiences and concrete challenges are exchanged.
Improve Business advises on how companies become robust and ready for future challenges within sustainable development, business development and recruitment and retention of employees.
Sustainability can seem complex and confusing, but Improve Business makes it simple and relevant. Working with sustainability not only creates value for the environment, but also strengthens the company by equipping it to meet demands from customers, suppliers and legislation.
