The world is driven by ideas, and inventions have continuously made humanity smarter and more advanced: from the invention of the wheel to Gutenberg's printing press to penicillin and most recently AI.

If you also have a good idea for an invention, you now have the opportunity to get sparring and concrete advice from the Inventors' Advice Center, Invent.nu, to make the idea a reality.

"When we share our good ideas with others, they gain more life and more potential. With the inventor's evening, citizens get a unique opportunity to get qualified sparring and perhaps take the first step towards creating a local success - and maybe even a global one.", says Marie Skov Lillelund, director of Billund Business.

Inventors' Evening is for all citizens of Billund Municipality, regardless of whether the invention is large or small, fully developed or just a budding idea.

"When you come to our inventor's evening, you don't need to have a finished plan for your idea - but you just need to be curious and want to explore the possibilities.", adds Marie Skov Lillelund.

Following the evening, there is the opportunity to have a confidential 1:1 sparring session with an experienced inventor advisor about the idea.

Stephanie Storbank, mayor of Billund Municipality, is pleased with the initiative: "Billund Municipality is full of creative people who come up with solutions every day, big and small, that can make a difference. That's why I'm glad that we're focusing on the good idea here and can support our citizens to move forward with their inventions."

The evening offers delicious food and inspiring presentations from experienced consultants from The inventor's adviceYou will also be able to meet a consultant from Danish Patent and Trademark Office as well as a local inventor.

The Danish Institute of Technology offers free, impartial advice to inventors and idea creators. The consultants have many years of experience in helping both individuals and companies develop, protect and commercialize their ideas.
