Network for solo self-employed people and self-employed people in small businesses

The network is for you who are solo and self-employed, and you who are the owner-manager of a small company with up to three employees, and who want a confidential space where you can brainstorm on the development of your business.

In this network, you can spar with other solo self-employed people who are in the same situation as you with many functions and hats, so you can move both yourself and your business.

Whether you've been in business for three years or twenty years is irrelevant - it's you as a person and your desire to continue developing your business that is important.

What has perhaps made the biggest impression on me is the discovery of how much I learn when I am allowed to say things out loud in a community. At a networking meeting in a flower shop, I talked about my business, and only then did I realize that I was missing a common thread. It made me start over and become much clearer about what I actually offer.

The network for solo self-employed people in Billund Erhverv has already given me an incredible amount of inspiration. Even though we have only had a few meetings, I have gained insight into other companies' experiences and challenges, which I can reflect on. It means a lot to hear how others do things – especially when you are a bit isolated like me.

I hope that the network can give me new ideas and a new approach to how I run my business. As a person, I would prefer to have everything under control, but I also have to admit that it is not possible. I hope that we can inspire each other and give each other advice on how we could do things a little differently.

Take your business to the next level

In the network we share knowledge and experiences, and we draw inspiration and experts from outside. We work at both the strategic, tactical and operational levels, and we value the continuous participation of the network participants in the meetings.

The network is facilitated by Billund Erhverv, and as a network participant you contribute to the content and development of the network.
