From May 2022, we have, together with Billund Municipality, entered into a cooperation agreement with Danish Advanced Manufacturing Research Center, there is a research and knowledge center within advanced production methods and materials, and develops and translates the latest knowledge into practical solutions. DAMRC works with value creation in our local companies, especially in the plastics, metal and machinery industries.
DAMRC introduces new technology and new methods, and together with the companies reviews the possible initiatives that can support both efficiency and the green transition in the company. This can be, among other things, through optimization of machining processes, introduction of VSR and VDW technology, 3D printing technology for the manufacture of fixtures, etc.
